Our roastery

We started in 2016 with a second-hand roaster and a stubborn opinion that most coffee is sold far too old. That hasn't changed — we still roast in small batches on Tuesdays, and we still refuse to hold stock longer than a fortnight.
We buy directly where we can, and we publish what we paid for every lot. It's on the bag.

Common questions
When will my coffee arrive?
We roast Tuesdays and dispatch Wednesday. Metro areas usually see delivery Thursday or Friday; regional adds two to three days.
Which grind should I choose?
Whole bean keeps freshest by a wide margin if you have a grinder. Otherwise pick the brewer you actually use — we grind to match on the day.
How should I store it?
Airtight, dark, room temperature. Not the fridge, not the freezer, and not the bench next to the kettle.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're Australia-wide for now while we work out how to get coffee overseas before it stops being fresh.
